Our Design Process
Frame Development
We design our frames by carefully considering their intended application. Each concept is computer modelled and simulated to evaluate its structural strength and resonance characteristics under various flight scenarios.
Based on this analysis, the design is refined before moving to physical prototyping and test flying.
We evaluate flight logs to further optimise the geometry, achieving a precise balance between durability, resonance mitigation, weight, and practical usability.
Motor Development
Our motors are designed using a proprietary finite element model built on real world data from testing hundreds of FPV motors.
We use an optimisation model to iterate through tens of thousands of design variations, refining the configuration until we identify the architecture that yields the highest thrust, torque, and efficiency.
Once prototyped, these motors undergo rigorous testing protocols to ensure their physical, real world performance perfectly matches our simulated expectations.
